猪流行性腹泻和猪传染性胃肠炎弱毒二联疫苗研究

摘　　要：用猪流行性腹泻 (PED)弱毒疫苗株 PEDV- G1P83和猪传染性胃肠炎 (TGE)弱毒疫苗株 TGEV-AG1制成 PED和 TGE弱毒二联疫苗 ,并进行了保存期试验、安全效力、免疫期试验和区域试验。结果表明 ,试验疫苗在 - 2 0℃保存 4个月 ,经 4月保存的疫苗免疫效力未见下降。 4℃保存 4 8h对疫苗病毒的毒价没有明显影响。用该弱毒二联疫苗按程序免疫妊娠母猪 ,对妊娠母猪安全 ,其仔猪获得了良好的被动免疫。其对PEDV强毒、TGEV强毒和该二种强毒混合功击的免疫效力分别达 90 .4 8%、93.75%和 87.5%。用二联弱毒疫苗免疫 8～ 10日龄的哺乳仔猪证明安全 ,2 8日龄时 (2 5日龄断奶 )分别用 PEDV、TGEV和两种强毒混合攻毒免疫效力分别为 10 0 %、90 .9%和 10 0 %。 8～ 10日龄免疫仔猪生长到 4月龄时用 TGEV和 PEDV强毒攻击 ,免疫效力分别为 10 0 %和 73.3%。结果表明 ,该弱毒二联疫苗能够安全地对妊娠母猪和哺乳仔猪进行免疫 ,免疫后能有效地保护初生仔猪、断奶猪和肥育猪抵抗 TGEV和 PEDV强毒的攻击。该弱毒二联疫苗在区域试验中能显著降低猪病毒性腹泻的发病率和死亡率。An attenuated strain of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus(PEDV),PEDV G1P83,and a attenuated strain of Transmissible Gastroenteritis Virus of Swine (TGEV),TGVE AGI,were used for production of a condition of a combined live vaccine ofTGE andPED.The experiments including storage condition,safety and efficacy,protection period and field test were done,The titers of two viruses and the protection efficacy of the vaccine described above did not have significant change after being kept for four months at -20℃ and 48 hours at 4℃. The vaccine was safe to imnunize pregnant sows.The piglets from sows immunized with the vaccine were challenged three days post farrowing with virulent PEDV,TGEV and mixed virus suspensions of the two and the protection efficacy(passive) were90.48%,93.75% and 87.5% respectively.While the piglets immunized with the vaccine on 8～10 day old and challenged on 28 day old with virulent TGEV,PGEV or mixed viruses,the protection(active) efficacy were 100%,90.9% and 100% respectively.Those piglets immunizd at 8～10 day old had considerable abilities to resist to the challenge of virulent TGEV and PEDV.The field test also showed that the vaccine could significantly reduce infection rate and death rate in PED and/or TGE epidemic pig farms and was valuable for pig farms to control PED and TGE.
