不同浸出液对柱状田头菇菌丝生长的影响

摘　　要：除麦麸浸出液外 ,其余各种自然物质浸出液均能不同程度地促进柱状田头菇 (Agrocybecylindrcea)菌丝体的生长 ,其中尤以鱼粉浸出液的效果最为显著 ,豆粉、废菌糠的浸出液对菌丝体生长也有较显著的促进作用。当加入的浸出液浓度达到一定值时 。The effects of eight kinds of extracts from natural materials on growth of the organism were oberserved.The growth were stimulated to some extent by all the tested extracts except one from wheat-bran.The stimulation of the extracts from fish meal,soybean meal and wastage of shiitake′s were the most effective.The relationship between extract concentration of shiitake substrate wastage and sawdust and diameter of colony fitted to logistic curve
