摘 要:稳定性浆液在岩体灌浆施工中存在一定优势,如浆液具有良好的可控性、不淤塞通道等,应用比较普遍,但是其在砂砾石土灌浆中的适用性有待检验。通过设计试验,对比分析了未掺加膨润土的普通水泥浆液和掺加膨润土的稳定性浆液在砂砾石层中的灌浆效果。试验表明稳定性浆液的流动性差,相同注浆压力和相同地层中,普通水泥浆液的扩散距离是稳定性浆液的约7倍,稳定性浆液的可灌性远差于普通水泥浆液;而与普通水泥浆液相比,稳定性浆液所形成的结石体强度只是略有提高或与普通水泥浆液基本相当,从试验结果看稳定性浆液在砂砾石土体灌浆中不具有优势。在地层沉积密实,不存在架空地层的砂砾石土体中灌浆不主张采用稳定浆液。Stable slurry applied widely in rock grouting has some uncommon characteristics, such as good controllability, not silting channel, but its feasibilities in sand and gravel grouting are to be checked. By tests designed in the laboratory, results of common ce- ment slurry without bentonite and stable slurry with bentonite in sand and gravel grouting are checked. Results indicate that stable slurry fluids badly. Tests shows that ordinary cement slurry diffuses about seven times farther than stable slurry in the same layer under the same pressure, hence the grout-ability of the stable slurry is far worse than the ordinary slurry. Stone strength formed by stable slurry is slightly higher than common slurry. If not the same, which indicates that the stable slurry does not have advantages in sand and gravel grouting. If the sand stratum is dense and cavities do not exit, stable slurry should not be accepted.
