摘 要:建立了晶界能各向异性正常晶粒长大的二维元胞自动机模型,并对等温条件下的晶粒生长进行了模拟。通过模拟,得到了不同时刻晶粒显微组织演化图,并且定量地分析了晶粒长大动力学,晶粒尺寸分布和晶粒边数分布。研究结果表明,受晶界能各向异性的影响,晶粒长大指数低于理论值,晶粒中6边形的晶粒居多,晶粒边数分布呈现时间不变性。本模型能较准确地反映正常晶粒长大规律及其动力学,为晶粒组织演化的控制提供依据。With Consideration of anisotropic grain boundary energy a two-dimension cellular automata (CA) model has been built to simulate normal grain growth under isothermal annealing condition and with microstructure evolution diagram at different time obtained.The grain growth kinetics during grain growth has been qualitatively studied,and so did the relative grain size and grain side number distributions, resulting in that the grain growth exponent was lower then the theoretical value, the number of grain with six-sided was more than others, with time invariance of the relative grain size and grain side number distributions.The CA model could more accurately relfect the normal grain growth law and its kinetics, provide the basis for controlling the evolution of the grain structure.
