摘　　要：对DC公司物资仓库布置情况进行分析,从入库和出库的角度出发,针对其内部布置不合理,物资摆放不整齐,物流路线不顺畅,仓库管理不严格的问题。运用设施布置的方法与原理,在综合分析各作业单位相互间的物流与非物流相互关系的基础上,对各作业单位的相对位置进行调整,并借鉴仓库管理工作的建议对其进行重新布置。在不增加投入的情况下,提高仓库管理的有效性,使仓储物流合理顺畅,降低物流和仓储成本,从而提升企业的市场竞争力。This paper analyzed the arrangement of DC company＇s warehouse and found that from the perspective of inbound and outbound,the internal layout was not reasonable,the materials were arranged at will,the logistics route was not smooth,and the warehouse management was not strict. Based on the facilities arrangement methods and theory and the analysis on logistics and non-logistics between each working unit,the relative position of each working unit was readjusted and rearranged based on the suggestions on warehouse management. Without any increase in investment,the new arrangement improved the effectiveness of warehouse management,made the storage and logistics more smooth and reduced the costs of logistics and warehousing,which can help enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
