摘　　要：介绍了本厂使用的4槽平幅除油水洗机、6槽平幅除油水洗机和8槽平幅除油水洗机的特点、技术参数和技术特征,指出了其符合现代染整节能减排、绿色环保的发展趋势。结合其在本厂10年来的应用实践,提出了关于加热方式、浸渍槽、橡胶导布辊、汽蒸箱等方面的改进措施,进一步提高了除油水洗质量,降低能耗。The characteristics, technological parameters and technological feature of open width washing equip-ments with 4 slots, 6 slots and 8 slots in our factory were discussed in this paper. It pointed out that it accorded with the development trend of energy saving and emission reduction and environment protection in modern dyeing and finishing. And combined with the application practices for 10 years in our factory, improvement measures of heating method, dip trough, rubber twitch roller and steaming box were put forward. It improved the quality of oil removing and washing, and lowered energy consumption.
