摘 要:文章就淡水养殖鱼类的饲料脂质需求、影响鱼类对油脂利用的因素以及适宜油脂源的选择等方面进行了阐述,针对当前易出现的养殖鱼类脂肪肝发生、饲料油脂氧化酸败及其副作用等问题进行了探讨,提出了改善养殖鱼类对饲料油脂利用的方法和途径,以及饲料油脂质量控制要点,最后对未来淡水鱼类饲料油脂源的研究和应用方向提出了展望。Lipid supplies essential fatty acids (EFA) and energy in fish diets, and is considered as the second major group of dietary components after proteins. Dietary lipid plays an important role in nor- real growth, reproduction and health of fish. This paper reviewed the dietry lipid requirements of cul- tured freshwater fish, the factors impacting on the lipid utilization and the selection of suitable dietary lipid source. The interaction between the high-fat diet and the fatty liver disease, the oil oxidation and its side effect were discussed. Several suggestions about improving the dietary oil utilization in farmed fish and the quality control of oil resources were raised. Finally, research and application directions on oil source in the future were put forward.
