摘　　要：文章综合了国内外关于东方鲀属鱼类的主要营养素需要量、需求特点和配合饲料的研究进展,主要对蛋白质和氨基酸、脂肪和脂肪酸、糖类、维生素以及矿物质的需要量或需求特点分别展开综述,并对其消化道特点、设施无毒养殖、饲料使用现状、饲料添加剂、鱼粉替代等进行了介绍。旨在为东方鲀属鱼类的营养需要量以及专用配合饲料的研究开发提供科学依据和参考。ln this paper, a large number of studies on the main nutrient requiremenl and its characteris- tics and feed in Fugu at home and abroad were reviewed, including protein anti amino acids, lipid and lipid acids, carbohydrate, vitamin and minerals. Besides, this paper also showed a review of the diges- tive tracts features, nnn-poisnnous euhivation status of feed utilization, feed additives, fishmeal re- placement and so on, aimed to provide the scientific bases and references for the nutrition need and special feed in Fugu.
