摘　　要：文章介绍了氨基酸螯合锌的特点及其作用机理,综述了氨基酸螯合锌在水产动物中的应用,并提出了氨基酸螯合锌所存在的问题,以期为鱼类营养学理论的积累和今后生产实践提供参考依据。This article describes the characteristics and mechanism of amino acid chelated zinc, the ap- plication of amino acid chelated zinc on aquatic animals is summarized, and some existing problems are put forward. The main purpose is to provide the reference foundation for accumulation of fish threp- sology theory and producing practice in future.
