早熟生态型油菜雄性不育两用系6S的选育及应用

摘　　要：对江西省宜春市农业科学研究所育成的生态型油菜雄性不育两用系501-8S进行多代定向培育,育成66S;将66S与早熟优质杂交油菜青杂3号进行杂交,对杂交后代进行3年6代的套袋自交、育性鉴定、品质分析,育成早熟生态型油菜雄性不育两用系6S。6S具有早熟优质、育性转换稳定等特点,可用于配制两系法早熟杂交油菜新组合。Firstly, 66S was bred through multi -generation oriented breeding of ecotypic dual -purpose rapeseed male sterile line 501-8S, which was bred by Agricultural Sciences Research Institute of Yichun City in Jiangxi Province .Then, 66S was hy-bridized with early-maturing high-quality hybrid rapeseed variety Qingza 3, the bagging selfings of their 6 hybrid generations were conducted for 3 years, their fertilities were identified , and their qualities were analyzed .Finally, early-maturing ecotypic dual -purpose rapeseed male sterile line 6S was bred.The new variety 6S has the characteristics of early maturing , good quality, and stable fertility conversion , and it can be used to make up two -line early-maturing hybrid rapeseed new combinations .
