摘　　要：以江苏省农业科学院为例,介绍了当前农业科研单位科研副产品管理的现状,剖析了科研副产品处置中存在的问题,探索了科研副产品处置的有效途径,提出了加强科研副产品处置管理的对策。Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Science as an example , this paper introduced the current situation of man-agement of by-products produced by scientific researches in agricultural research institutions , analyzed the existent problems in the disposition of by-products produced by scientific researches , explored the effective paths to dispose the research by -products , and proposed some countermeasures for strengthening the disposition and management of the research by -products.
