摘  要:应用悬滴法测定了油水相之间的界面张力,以此检验多种原油破乳剂的表面活性;通过瓶试法考察了表面活性较高的几种破乳剂产品的脱水性能;在此基础上,将优选出来的原油破乳剂产品与自制脱钙剂复配,进行模拟电脱盐评价,通过比较原油脱金属效果,考察破乳剂最终的使用性能。The hanging drop method was applied for the determination of the interfacial tension between oil and water phases, in order to test a variety of demulsifying surfactant; the dewatering performance of demulsifier having better surface activity were investigated by means of bottle method; on this basis, preferable demulsifier and homemade decalcifying agent were complexed, and service performance of them was evaluated by simulation electric desalting experiment according to comparing the effect of metal removal on crude oil..
