摘  要:伴随石油天然气开发规模逐渐增大,油气输送管线的铺设距离逐年增加,迫切需要通过提高油气管线钢的强度等级来降低管道材料投资费用和管线运营成本,因此,X100及以上等级的管线钢在油气管线工程中将得到广泛应用。介绍了油气管线钢激光电弧复合焊接技术的研究历程,对比使用不同激光器进行激光电弧复合焊时的优缺点,综述了最具有野外现场应用前景的光纤激光电弧复合焊接技术的研究现状及相关研究成果,表明其在提高高强度管线钢焊接质量、焊接速度和生产效率等方面具有的重要工程应用价值和良好的应用前景。With the development scale of petroletum and natural gas increases gradually, the laying distance of oil and gas transmission pipelines has increased year by year, there is an urgent need to reduce the investment cost of pipeline materials and pipeline operation cost by increasing strength grade of pipeline steel, therefore, X100 and higher grade pipeline steel will be widely used in the oil and gas pipeline project. This article introduced the research process of hybrid laser arc welding for oil and gas pipeline steel, compared the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid laser are welding by using different lasers, mainly summarized the present research status and the related research results of hybrid fiher laser are welding technique which has the most site application prospect,showed the important engineering application value and good application prospect in the aspect of improving the high strength pipeline steel welding quality,welding speed and production efficiency.
