摘  要:对汽车中常用的DP600双相钢采用MIG焊、MAG焊和CO2气体保护焊工艺进行了研究。为了获得较好的强韧性和优良的焊接接头组织,选择低匹配的焊接接头形式,采用H08Mn2A焊丝,在获得完整焊接接头的前提下分析不同焊接工艺下的焊接接头的机械性能和微观组织。结果表明,DP600双相钢在三种焊接工艺下均能获得合格的焊接接头,拉伸实验均断于母材,表明焊接接头质量良好,且在焊接热影响区没有出现软化现象。In this paper,DP600 high strength steel which been used in the automobile industry were welded by gas metal arc welding (GMAW) processes. The undermatched butt joints has been used in order to acquired the combination of high strength and good roughness of weld joints, the rod H08Mn2A was used to the filler metal. The microstructure and meehanieal Properties of wehted joints were investigated in the good weld joints. The results showed that wehts with good appearance can be obtained under the proper welding conditions, all tensile fraeture of DP600 was in the base metal, and there did not exists HAZ softening.
