摘  要:利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对110 mm特厚板焊接过程的温度场进行数值模拟。采用K型热电偶单面测量焊接过程中的温度,利用origin7.0绘图软件,绘制模拟结果与测量数值的折线图,分析测量数值与模拟结果的关系。分析结果表明,测量与模拟的温度场的变化规律基本一致,测量结果验证了模型与网格划分的正确性,研究结果为优化13MnNiMoNbR特厚板焊接工艺、控制残余应力、提高焊接接头的可靠性和安全性提供了理论依据。The finite element software ABAQUS is applied to simulate the welding temperature field of one super - thick plate with the thickness of 110 mm. The single surface temperature during welding process of K thermocouple will be compared with numerical simulation results. These results are compared and analyzed by the origin 7.0 software. The results show that the measured and simulated variation of the temperature field is consistent; measurement results verify the correctness of model and meshing, the results of the research provides a theoretical basis for the welding of 13MnNiMoNbR super - thick plate and controlling of residual stress and improving the re- liability and security of welded joints.
