摘  要:分析了30CrMnSiA钢的焊接性,针对30CrMnSiA钢在正火态和调质态下焊接的不同问题,用焊条电弧焊方法进行工艺试验,提出了有效的工艺措施。结果表明,30CrMnSiA钢在正火(锻件)态下焊接,采取严格有效的措施,焊后经调质,可以获得强度及塑、韧性指标与母材基本相等的焊接接头;30CrMnSiA钢调质状态下焊接,焊后不再调质,焊接接头有热影响区的脆化、软化问题,但可采取有效的措施减弱这种趋势,并防止开裂。This paper analyzed of the weldability of 30CrMnSiA steel, aiming at different problems in normalizing state quenched and tempered state welding process test, used for SMAW, puts forward the effective technical measures. The results showed that: 30CrMnSiA steel after normalizing (fi)rging) state in the welding process, welding, as long as strict and effective measures, welding after quenching anti tempering, can get the strength and plasticity, toughness index and base metal of welded joints is equal; the quenched and tempered 30CrMnSiA steel welding, after welding, not quenched and tempered, welding heat effect embrittlement, area of softening problems, but can take effective measures to reduce this tendency, and to prevent cracking.
