谷胱甘肽S转移酶T1基因多态性与子痫前期易感性的研究

摘　　要：目的了解谷胱甘肽硫转移酶T1(glutathion S-transferase-theta,GSTT1)基因多态性与广州地区汉族妇女子痫前期易感性的相关性。方法采用内参照PCR技术检测随机收集广州市第一人民医院妇产科子痫前期患者60例(研究组)及健康正常者60例(对照组)的GSTT1基因型。结果 GSTT1基因缺失型频率在研究组中为48.3%(29/60),在对照组中为51.7%(31/60)(χ2=0.001,P>0.05),二者之间差异无统计学意义。结论 GSTT1基因多态性与广州地区妊娠妇女子痫前期的发生无相关性。Objective To investigate the correlativit of glutathion S-transferase-theta T1 （ GSTY1 ） gene polymorphism played a role in susceptibility of Preeclampsia in han Chinese pregnant women in Guangzhou region. Methods The gene types of GSTT1 gene in sixty Preeclampsia patients as research group and sixty as control group were detected by internal reference polymerase chain reaction （PCR） technique. Results The missing genotypic frequencies of GSTF1 in Preeclampsia was 45.3% （29/60） and in the control group was 51.7% （31/60） （χ2 = 0. 001, P 〉0. 05）, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The polymorphism of GSTT1 gene is not related to the genetic susceptibility of Preeclampsia patients in ban Chinese pregnant women in Guangzhou region.
