摘 要:对变形量为30%的冷轧Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金进行热力实验,对静态再结晶动力学模型Avrami方程系数进行回归,得出Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金静态再结晶模型,研究保温时间、退火温度和加载力对其静态再结晶软化率的影响。结果表明,影响Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金再结晶软化率的因素主次顺序为:保温时间,退火温度,加载力;相同加载力和保温时间条件下,退火温度越高,Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金再结晶软化率越高;Pb-Ca-Sn-Al合金再结晶软化率增长速率随保温时间延长而快速增大,当保温时间增至60s时,再结晶软化率的增长速率渐趋缓慢。Thermal experiments were conducted on cold-rolled Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy of 30% deformation and regression was carried out of the coefficients of Avrami equation of recrystallization kinetic model . In this way ,the static recrystallization model of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy was obtained and the effect of soa-king time ,annealing temperature and loading force on the alloy ’s static recrystallization softening rate was investigated .The results show that the effect of soaking time is greater than annealing tempera-ture followed by loading force ,and under the same loading force and soaking time ,the greater annea-ling temperature is ,the greater the recrystallization softening rate of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy will be .It is also found that the recrystallization softening rate of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al alloy increases quickly with soaking time;however ,as soaking time reaches 60 s ,the increase in the recrystallization softening rate goes slo w er .
