摘  要:对武钢生产的X52MS管线钢进行组织及性能检验,对其HIC性能及力学性能影响因素进行分析。结果表明,武钢生产的X52MS钢具有满足技术标准的强度和冲击韧性,HIC性能优异,其组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,带状组织级别为0.5级;降低X52MS钢中的Mn、P、S含量,有利于抑制因成分偏析引起的带状组织的形成,从而提高X52MS钢的抗HIC能力;卷取温度的降低会减弱强化析出效果,导致X52MS钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度、屈强比和冲击韧性降低。Analysis was carried out of the structure and performance of X52MS pipeline steel produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (WISCO) ,and factors that influence its HIC performance and mechanical properties were investigated .The results show that ,XM2MS pipleline steel produced by WISCO meets the technical standards in strength and impact toughness ,boasting excellent HIC per-formance .Consisting of ferrite and little pearlite ,the steel has banded structure w hose grade is 0.5. Reducing the content of Mn ,P and S in the steel inhibits the formation of banded structure in the steel resulting from composition segregation and promotes the anti-HIC capability of the steel ,while reduc-ing the coiling temperature will weaken strengthening precipitation ,leading to the decrease of the steel in yield strength ,tensile strength ,yield-strength ratio and impact toughness .
