摘 要:以天然煤矸石为原料采用粉末烧结法制备莫来石,利用XRD、SEM 对烧成试样进行表征,并检测其显气孔率及体积密度,分析原料粒度和烧成温度等工艺因素对所制莫来石的致密化程度、物相组成以及显微结构的影响。结果表明,煤矸石粉料的粒度越小,大小越均匀,烧成试样的致密化程度就越高;烧成温度达到1250℃时试样中有莫来石相生成,烧成温度超过1500℃后,试样中主晶相为莫来石,但试样体积密度低,显气孔率高;在1600℃×3 h的烧结条件下可获得体积密度为2.81 g/cm3、显气孔率为6%的压块烧成莫来石,其中柱状自生长莫来石晶体呈交织网络状结构分布,晶粒大小为5~14μm。Mullite samples were prepared from natural coal gangue by powder sintering and character-ized by XRD and SEM .The apparent porosity and bulk density of the samples were determined .The influence of raw material size and sintering temperature on the densification degree ,phase composition and microstructure of the prepared mullite was investigated and analyzed .The results show that the smaller and more uniform the particle size of coal gangue powders is ,the higher the densification de-gree of the samples will be .Mullite phase appears when the sintered temperature reaches 1250 ℃ . When the sintered temperature is over 1500 ℃ ,the main crystal phase in the samples is mullite , whose bulk density ,however ,is low and whose apparent porosity is high .Briquetting firing mullite with bulk density of 2 .81 g/cm3 and apparent porosity of 6% can be obtained by sintering at 1600 ℃for 3 h .The mullite crystal is columnar and distributed in the form of mixed network whose grain size is 5 ~ 14 μm .
