摘 要:为解决出口装CG125摩托车噪声排放高于欧盟EEC认证标准限值的问题,全新设计一款排气消声器,并采用ANSYS软件对其消声性能和内部流场进行数值模拟,研究其内部流场对消声性能的影响,最后通过台架试验进行验证。结果表明,新设计的两段式阻抗复合消声器结构合理可靠,性能优于原厂生产的消声器,安装该消声器的CG125摩托车噪声排放达到了欧盟EEC认证标准的要求。To solve the problem of the noise emission of the export-oriented CG125 motorcycle larger than the limit stipulated in EEC certification standards ,a new exhaust muffler was designed .Numeri-cal simulation was carried out of the muffler ’s muffling performance and internal flow field to study the influence of the internal flow field on the muffling performance ,and bench tests were conducted for verification .The results show that the new two-stage impedance composite muffler is reasonable in structure ,boasting better performance than the muffler produced by the original plant and the CG 125 motorcycle with the installation of the designed muffler meets the EEC certification standards in noise emission .
