摘 要:在大规模多物理场间接耦合分析时,求解和后处理流程复杂,批处理命令流编写十分困难。针对这一情况,使用APDL和联合二次开发应用程序可以高效地扩充ANSYS批处理功能。文中提出一种APDL语言和联合开发方法,并设计开发一套大规模多物理场间接耦合批处理程序,用以提高ANSYS批量计算、结果提取和统计的效率,将APDL语言脚本"胶着"特性与强类型语言规范性融合,充分利用APDL二次开发工具和的MFC平台开发程序,更加灵活地控制ANSYS分析流程、数据提取和数据管理,从而提高大规模多物理场间接耦合分析效率。通过300t钢水罐罐壁热-应力间接耦合分析实例验证了所开发的批处理程序的可靠性和高效性。In large-scale ,multi-physics indirect coupling analysis ,solving and post-processing are very complex and batch command stream writing is very difficult .In view of this ,APDL and joint develop-ment method were used for secondary development that can efficiently expand ANSYS batch func-tions .This paper puts forward an APDL language and joint development method ,and develops a large-scale ,multi-physics indirect coupling batch program to raise the efficiency of ANSYS batch computing ,result extraction and counting .By integrating the adhesive property of APDL language scripts with strongly typed language normative and making full use of APDL secondary development tools and MFC development platform ,it is possible to control the ANSYS analysis process ,data ex-traction and data management more flexibly ,thereby raising the efficiency of large-scale ,multi-phys-ics indirect coupling analysis .The indirect coupling analysis of heat-stress on the wall of a 300 t ladle has verified the reliability and efficiency of the program developed .
