摘  要:为调控纯镁微弧氧化生物涂层的降解速度和生物活性,分别对纯镁超声微弧氧化涂层进行Na2SiO3和HF-Na2SiO3处理,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、涂层附着力自动划痕仪、销盘式摩擦磨损试验机及电化学腐蚀工作站等对涂层进行检测分析,研究两种处理对微弧氧化膜组织结构和性能的影响。结果表明:经不同处理后涂层表面孔隙减少,生成新相SiO2,并使生物相容性好的MgSiO3相得到提高;此外,HF-Na2SiO3处理还生成了生物相容性好的新相MgF2。HF-Na2SiO3处理制得的涂层比Na2SiO3处理制得的涂层更加均匀致密,孔隙填充更好。两种处理制得的涂层均与基体结合良好,耐蚀性能均得到提高。To regulate and control the degradate rate and bioactivity of pure magnesium micro-arc oxidation bio-coating,the pure magnesium micro-arc oxidation film was treated by using Na2SiO3and HF-Na2SiO3,respectively,and detected by using a scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),coating adhesion automatic scratch tester,pin disc tribometer and electrochemical corrosion workstations,to study the effect of aftertreatment on the organizational structure and properties of micro-arc oxidation film.The results show that the surface pore is reduced,new phase SiO2generates,and the MgSiO3phase with good biocompatibility also increases after the two types of aftertreatments.Additionally,HF-Na2SiO3treatment also generates a new phase MgF2with good biocompatibility.The coating with HF-Na2SiO3treatment is more uniform and compact than that of the coating with Na2SiO3treatment and pores filled better.Coatings combine well with the magnesium substrate after the two aftertreatments,and the corrosion resistance had improved.
