摘  要:介绍了2管式热回收型多元VRV空调系统和中央空调系统的工作原理,通过一个实际工程设计实例,对VRV多联机空调系统和中央空调系统投资及运维指标进行了对比分析。VRV多联机空调系统除了在初次投资外,在使用和管理的便利性、年运行管理维修(护)费用、能源利用率及环保方面,均优于中央空调系统,体现其明显的经济及节能优势。提出采用数字增量式PID控制策略,解决电子膨胀阀响应超调问题,保证系统处于最佳工作状态。研究结果对VRV多联机空调系统设计有一定的参考作用。The principle of 2 tubular heat recovery multivariate VRV air-conditioning system and central airconditioning system are introduced,and through a practical engineering design example,the investment and operational indicators of VRV multi-line air-conditioning system and central air-conditioning system are compared.Although VRV multi- line air- conditioning system is more expensive than the central air- conditioning system on the initial investment,the convenience of using and management,the costs of yearly operation management and maintenance as well as energy efficiency and environmental protection,VRV air multi-line air-conditioning system is better than center air-conditioning system,which reflects the VRV multi-line airconditioning system with obvious economic and energy-saving advantages. By using a digital incremental PID control strategy makes the electronic expansion valve quickly stabilized after experiencing a short time of fluctuation,and ensures the system in top working condition. It has a certain reference for the design of VRV multi-line air-conditioning system.
