摘 要:目的采用Meta分析评价2000—2013年中国青少年中学生自杀相关行为状况,为中学生自杀相关行为的基础研究提供资料。方法系统检索PubMed、Science Direct、Springer Link、中国期刊全文数据库CNKI、万方数据资源系统、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库中有关中国中学生自杀相关行为的研究文献,采用Meta分析合并报告率,并对性别、年级、学习成绩、地区等分类指标进行亚组分析。结果共筛选出参考文献42篇,总调查人数153 245例。经Meta分析,中学生自杀意念报告率为17.7%(95%CI=15.7%~19.7%),自杀计划报告率为7.3%(95%CI=6.4%~8.2%),自杀未遂报告率为2.7%(95%CI=2.3%~3.0%)。亚组分析结果显示,中学生自杀意念、自杀计划和自杀未遂报告率男生分别为14.6%,5.5%,2.3%;女生分别为20.4%,8.4%,2.7%;普通初中组分别为17.1%,7.0%,2.9%;普通高中组分别为19.3%,7.7%,2.4%;职业高等学校分别为14.3%,6.7%,1.6%。学习成绩越差,自杀相关行为报告率越高。结论中国中学生自杀相关行为的状况应引起全社会的普遍重视。Objective To estimate the report rate of suicide-related behaviors among middle school students in China between 2000 and 2013. Methods Publications between 2000 and 2013 were reviewed from PubMed,ScienceDirect,Springer Link,China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI),Wanfang Databases and Chinese science & technology journal databases( VIP). The report rate of suicide-related behavior was analyzed. Subgroup analysis was performed by gender,grade,academic achievements and region subtypes. Results Forty-two papers were included in this Meta-analysis. The total sample of investigation was 153 245. The report rate of suicide ideation among middle school students was 17. 7%( 95% CI: 15. 7%-19. 7%),suicide plan was 7. 3%( 95% CI: 6. 4%-8. 2%),suicide attempt was 2. 7%( 95% CI: 2. 3%-3. 0%). The results of sub-meta analysis showed that the report rate of suicide ideation / suicide plan / suicide attempt in male students was 14. 6%,5. 5%,2. 3%; female was 20. 4%,8. 4%,2. 7%; junior school students was 17. 1%,7. 0%,2. 9%; senior school students was 19. 3%,7. 7%, 2. 4%; professional high school students was 14. 3%,6. 7%,1. 6%,respectively. Academic achievement was negatively correlated with report rate of suicide-related behavior. Conclusion Suicide-related behavior among middle school students has become a deep mental health issue that requires immediate attention.
