摘　　要：目的：使医患沟通更加有效,使医疗质量得到提升,使医患纠纷大大减少。方法：可以从沟通的技巧、意识以及实际效果等方面进行切入,归纳总结沟通的内容以及形式。结果：能够增加医患之间的信任,使医疗纠纷大大减少,使医疗活动得到更好的效果。结论：注意说话方式注意聆听技巧,学会表达,建立较好的医患关系。objective： to make more effective doctor--patient communication, improve medical quality, reduce doctor--patient dispute greatly. Methods： from the communication skills, awareness and practical effect, summarized the content and form of communication. Results： can increase the trust between doctor and patient, greatly reduce the medical disputes, the medical activities to get better results. Conclusion： pay attention to the way pay attention to the listening skills, learn to express, establish a good doctor--patient relationship.
