树鼩视线阻隔后的取食行为观察和食物选择

摘　　要：为获得树鼩行为学特征的基础数据,通过视线阻隔处理,观察雄性成年树鼩的行为变化。结果表明树鼩的活跃度和取食逐步提高,阻隔时间与运动树鼩数及取食数有回归关系,回归方程为:运动树鼩数=50.954+时间×0.607(R2=0.870,n=80)。取食树鼩数=e(4.356-0.721/时间)(R2=0.996,n=80)。树鼩对4种水果(F=294.234;d=3;P=0.000)、动物性食物(F=279.692;d=3;P=0.000)及混合食谱(F=239.692;d=3;P=0.000)的取食量有显著差异(P<0.01),树鼩喜好甜而多汁的石榴和面包虫。本研究建立了一种行为学观察的基础方法和数据,为树鼩行为学研究提供依据。To obtain the basic data of behavioral characteristics, the behavioral changes of tree shrews were observed with sight barrier treatment. The results showed that after visual blocking, the activity and food intake speed of tree shrews were gradually increased over time. With animal numbers of movement as the dependent variable and time as independent varia- ble for regression analysis, the regression equation was ： animal numbers = 50. 954 ＋ time x 0. 607 （ R2 = 0. 870, n = 80 ） ; With animals of intake food as the dependent variable and time as independent variable for regression analysis, the regres- sion equation was： animals of intake food = e（4＂ 356 -0.721/time） （R2 ： 0. 996, n = 80）. Consumption of fruits were significantly different （ F = 294. 234 ; d = 3 ; P = 0. 000） ： pomegranate 〉 apple 〉 pear 〉 jujube. Consumption of animal food were significantly different （ F = 279. 692 ; d = 3 ; P = 0. 000 ） ： bread larvae 〉 minced pork 〉 rabbit 〉 locust adults. Consumption of mixed recipes were significantly different （ F = 239. 692 ; d = 3 ; P = 0. 000） ： pomegranate 〉 bread larvae 〉 minced pork 〉 apple. Tree shrews prefer sweet and juicy pomegranates and bread larvae. This experiment provides basic data for behavioral studies of tree shrews.
