摘 要:为寻求四川宝兴某家养林麝死亡的原因及控制措施,采集一例病死林麝各组织器官进行病理切片观察和细菌分离,对分离到的病菌进行形态学观察、16S rDNA序列分析、小鼠致死试验、生化鉴定及药敏试验。结果显示,切片中各组织含有大量细菌团;从肠系膜淋巴结、肝、脾、肾和肺中只分离到1株病菌;16S rDNA测序分析发现该菌与耶尔森菌16S基因的相似性高达100%,生化及鉴别试验最终判定为假结核耶尔森菌。该菌对头孢噻肟、头孢西丁、丁胺卡那霉素等药物敏感。结果证实,此次林麝死亡的原因为假结核耶尔森菌引起的败血症,并及时应用敏感抗生素控制了病情。In order to explore the causes and treatment of acute death of captive forest musk deer at Baoxing county, Sichuan province, one sample was collected for pathological observation and bacteria isolation. The isolated bacteria were conducted to morphology observation, 16S rDNA sequences analysis, biochemical identification, mice pathogenic experiment and drug susceptibility test. The results showed that the pathological slices of internal organs including intestinal lymph nodes, liver, spleen, kidney and lungs contained a lot of bacteria groups. The result of 16S rDNA sequencing analysis showed that the similarity of 16S gene between the isolated strain and Yersinia strain was 100%. And the biochemical test confirmed that the isolated strain was Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. The strain was sensitive to cefotaxime, cefoxitin and ami- kacin, etc. The results confirmed that the death reason for forest musk deer was Yersinia pseudotuberculosis caused by the sepsis, and controlled the disease by the sensitive antibiotic.
