摘 要:为了探索无压三产品重介旋流器分选高硫矸石中硫铁矿的可行性,首先研究了高密度重介悬浮液的特性,结果表明:悬浮液密度越高,稳定性越好;加重质粒度越细,悬浮液的稳定性越好,在高剪切速率下的粘度越低。将磨矿时间为20min的磁铁矿配制成密度为2.12~2.32 g/cm3的重介悬浮液,采用无压三产品重介旋流器对南桐干坝子选煤厂的高硫矸石进行分选试验,在重介悬浮液密度为2.2 g/cm3时,可得到品位为30.76%的硫精矿,表明无压三产品重介旋流器分选硫铁矿是可行的。To investigate the feasibility of separating the pyrite from high - sulfur content refuse by gravity - fed three product dense medium cyclone, researched the characteristics of high density dense medium suspension. The result shows that the higher the density of the suspension, the better the stability, and the finer the particle size of medium solid, the better the stability of the suspension, and the viscosity is lower under high shear rate. The magnetite suspension was prepared in different density from 2. 12 to 2.32 g/cm3 with magnetite which grinded by ball milling for 20min, and conducted the separation test on highsulfur refuse by gravity -fed three product dense medium cyclone at Ganbazi coal preparation plant, under the dense medium density of 2.2 g/m3 , obtained the concentrate containing 30. 76% pyrite, which proved that it is feasible for separation pyrite by gravity - fed three product dense medium cyclone.
