摘 要:以开滦钱家营矿区高灰难选炼焦煤泥为研究对象,在煤质分析的基础上,进行了磨矿解离试验,探究了不同磨矿条件对矿物解离的影响。试验结果表明:该煤泥中主要赋存有高岭石和石英等矿物杂质;煤泥细粒级含量较高,并且灰分也高;煤泥中间密度级含量较高,煤与矿物杂质多以连生体形式出现;球磨较棒磨更易使矿物发生解离,但粒度分布不如棒磨均匀;对精煤产率影响最大的是磨矿时间,对精煤灰分影响最大的是磨机转速;球磨过程中产生的孔隙数量比棒磨的多,说明球磨粉碎效率更高,这与筛分结果一致。Take the high ash content and difficult to wash coking coal slime of Qianjiaying colliery as the research object, based on the coal quality analysis, conducted the liberation test and investigated the effect of different grinding condition on liberation of coal. The tests result show that the mainly hosted minerals in the slime are kaolinite and quartz; the higher fine size content the higher the ash content; in higher intermediate density content slime, the coal and minerals are majorly existed as intergrowth form; the minerals liberated by ball mill is easy than rod mill, but uniformity of the particle distribution of ball mill is worse than that of rod mill; the biggest factor effects the clean coal yield is grinding time, and the biggest fact effects the ash content of clean coal is rotary speed of mill; the pore quantity produced during the grinding of ball mill is more than rod mill, that presents the efficiency of ball mill is higher, which in accordance with sieving result.
