摘  要:为解决我国炼焦煤资源稀缺问题,提高炼焦煤资源综合利用率,试验以新柳选煤厂主焦重介中煤(粒级为50~0 mm,灰分34.56%)为研究对象,对其进行了显微煤岩组分分析、X-射线衍射分析、常规破碎试验、深度磨矿试验以及选择性絮凝浮选试验。试验结果表明,中煤中矿物质以粘土矿物为主,且嵌布粒度极细,重选和常规浮选方法均无法实现有效分选;采用重法排矸-深度磨矿-选择性絮凝浮选工艺,可得到灰分为11.96%,产率为48.43%的精煤,浮选完善指标为41.53%,可燃体回收率达60.87%。To solve the problem of the scarcity of coking coal resources in China, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of coking coal resources, taken the coking middlings (size fraction is 50 - 0 mm, ash content is 34. 56% ) from a heavy medium separation process in Xinliu coal preparation plant, carried out the microscopic maceral analysis, X- ray diffraction analysis, conventional crushing, deeply grinding and selective flocculation flotation tests. The results showed that there are more clay minerals in middling coal, and the disseminated size is so fine that caused gravity separation and conventional flotation process is unable to effectively separation. After deeply grinding, utilizing heavy -liquid refuse discharge plus selective flocculation flotation separation process, could get clean coal which ash content is 11.96%, yield is 48.43% , flotation perfection index is 41.53 and combustible recovery reached 60. 87%.
