摘 要:为了提高高泥化煤泥水的沉降效率,以十六烷基三甲基氯化铵和硅烷偶联剂KH-550作为药剂,研究了药剂添加量、搅拌时间、搅拌速度三个因素对微细蒙脱石颗粒疏水聚团沉降的影响。结果表明,采用十六烷基三甲基氯化铵进行的微细蒙脱石颗粒疏水聚团沉降试验最佳条件是药剂用量120 g/m3,搅拌速度500 r/min,搅拌时间5 min;采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550进行的微细蒙脱石颗粒疏水聚团沉降试验最佳条件是药剂用量80 g/m3,搅拌速度500 r/min,搅拌时间5 min。To improve the settling efficiencyh of highly - argillized coal slurry, take the cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and silane coupling agent KH - 550 as agent, studied the influence of the agents dosage, the stirring duration and the stirring speed on the hydrophobic agglomeration settlement of montmorillonite fines. The result shows that, The best processing conditions of the hydrophobic agglomeration settlement of montmorillonite fines induced by cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride were obtained that the agents dosage was 120 g/m3 , the stirring speed was 500 r/min, and the stirring duration was 5 min, and the processing conditions of the hydrophobic agglomeration settlement of montmorillonite fines induced by silane coupling agent KH - 550 were the best that the agents dosage was 80 g/m3 , the stirring speed was 500 r/min, and the stirring duration was 5 min.
