摘 要:目的:建立乌药的红外指纹图谱。方法:借助红外光谱的指纹特性,以11种乌药样品红外指纹图谱的共有峰率和变异峰率为指标,计算了样品相对于该标准品的共有峰率和变异峰率,并按照共有峰率、变异峰率的大小建立了不同的序列。结果:广东、赣州和福建的乌药样品红外图谱比较吻合,但也存在一定的差异。广东、赣州、福建乌药样品的红外指纹图谱(400~4000 cm^-1)共有峰率均大于90%。结论:多维共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析法可以对不同产地乌药具有准确、精细且非常直观的鉴别能力,该方法可以准确地区别不同产地的乌药。Objective:To establish Fourier trans form infrared spectrum of Lindera aggregata. Methods:Using two new in-dexes,including common peak ratio and variant peak ratio,were applied,and their values were calculated by means of the sequential analysis for 11 kinds of samples of Lindera aggregata from different cultural areas,in which each sample′s IR fingerprint spectra were set up and the common peak ratio and variant peak ratio sequences were arranged in the order of size in comparison with other samples. Results:It can be seen that Lindera aggregata samples from Ganzhou,Zhejiang, and Fujian could be successfully revealed directly by the common peak ratio and variant peak ratio sequences. Considering the spectral range of 400~4 000 cm-1 ,the common peak ratio of the spectra more than 90%. Conclusion:The fingerprint characters of IR can not only identify the main chemical constituents in medicinal materials,but also compare the components differences among the similar samples. The analytical method is an rapid,effective,fast and advanced to evaluate the production area for pharmaceutical market.
