64排急诊CTA在下肢闭合性血管损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨64排CTA在下肢闭合性血管损伤中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析8例下肢闭合性血管损伤患者的急诊CTA资料,经二维及三维后处理总结血管损伤的影像学表现。结果:3例动脉断裂,断端血栓形成;3例血栓形成致动脉闭塞,其中1例出现动静脉瘘;动脉狭窄2例,均为软组织肿胀压迫,其中1例合并假性动脉瘤。CTA表现与术中一致。结论:64排CTA能及时有效地显示下肢血管损伤的程度,为临床制定手术方案提供准确的影像学依据。Objective：To study application of 64-detector CTA in closed vascular injury of low extremity. Methods：Emer-gency CTA materials of 8 patients with closed vascular injury of low extremity were analyzed retrospectively. The radiologic appearances of vascular injury through 2D and 3D reformatted were summarized. Result：3 cases of arterial dissection with end thrombus;3 cases of arterial occlusion with thrombus,one of them accompanied with arteryvein fissure;2 cases of arterial stricture because of compression by soft tissue swelling,one of them accompany with pseudo-aneurysm. CTA appear-ances showed coincidence with operation. Conclusion：64-detector CTA can demonstrate injury degree of low extremity vascular and can provide accurate radiologic basis of making operation plan.
