摘　　要：十三位国立大学校长中有十一位有留美背景,十三位国立大学校长或者与执政者有地缘或业缘关系,或者曾经在政治中心北大求学或工作,有的还在中研院和教育部任职过,中研院和教育部的任命都遵循国民党元老与蒋介石商议的潜规则,一部分大学校长有从事革命活动或有在政府任职的经历。以上种种因素都与政治有着千丝万缕的联系,这反映了形式上实现国家统一的国民党加强对国立大学控制的趋势。Eleven out of the thirteen national university＇s presidents have the experience of studying in the USA. Some of the thirteen national university＇s presidents have the same native place as the powerful person, some study or teach at Peking University at one time, some have the experience of working at Academia Sinica or Ministry of Education. The appointments of the Academia Sinica and Ministry of Education are unwritten rules formulated by KMT＇s senior statesmen and Chiang Kai - shek. Some have been engaged in revolutionary activities or served in government once. These factors are associated with politics. It reflects a trend that politics bring the national universities under control.
