摘 要:对某型号加工中心的主轴箱进行静力学有限元分析,在保证强度与刚度基本不变的前提下,对主轴箱的原设计结构进行了改进,并对其冗余质量进行了适度削减.经优化后的主轴箱,总体质量由原来的670 kg减轻至550 kg,质量减轻了18%,达到了主轴箱轻量化的目的.实验结果表明:优化后的主轴箱模态振型较为合理,其固有频率远离机床常用工况区的激振频率区间,表明主轴箱在工作时不易与机床的其他部件或工件产生共振,从而对提高加工精度有利.A static finite element analysis is made of the spindle box of a certain type of machining center. Under the precondition of ensuring the basic invariancy of strength and stiffness, the original design structure of the headstock is improved on, and its redundant mass was moderately reduced. After optimization, the overall mass of the spindle box is reduced by 18%, and a lightweight spindle box is achieved. Experimental results show that the vibration mode of the spindle box after optimization is desirable and its inherent frequency is far from the excitation frequency interval of the machine in common operating condition, indicating that while working, the spindle box will not easily resonate with other components or workpieces of the machine and thus improve the machining precision.
