论休闲时代民族传统体育的发展

摘　　要：21世纪,人类面临着全球化休闲时代的到来,体育活动成为休闲娱乐的主要方式。体育进入休闲,是社会和谐发展和小康生活的标志。中华民族传统体育是中华各民族在生产、生活和娱乐中创造并沿袭下来的体育活动的总称,它无论从起源、特点,还是从功能上看都与休闲娱乐不谋而合。因此,应充分把握休闲时代的契机,大力发展民族传统体育。Since the 21st century, mankind is faced with the advent of have globalized leisure times, and sports activities have become the main way of leisure entertainment. Sports have become the leisure enterainment, which is the sign of the harmonious development of society and a well - off life. Chinese traditional ethnic sport is the general term for physical activities that was created during the production, living and entertainment by Chinese people, which coincides with nowadays leisure entertainment regardless of its origin, characteristics or function. Therefore, this paper makes the point that the opportunity given by leisure time should be fully sports grasped in order to develop Chinese traditional ethnic sports.
