摘  要:以钠基膨润土为原料,通过添加铝盐为改性剂,制备出了一种新型高效绿液除硅剂,其硅吸附效率最高可达90%左右.并以竹浆绿液的硅吸附率和pH变化为标准,研究了该种改性膨润土的制备工艺.其最佳工艺条件为:钠基膨润土与铝盐的质量比为1∶4;添加顺序先将钠基膨润土与水混合,再加入铝盐,加水量为66mL/1g钠基膨润土;搅拌时间为2h,搅拌速率为1 200r/min;反应温度为室温,静置分离12h,105℃干燥,研磨,过200目筛.A novel and efficient silicate removal adsorbent was prepared from Na-bentonite and the aluminum salt used as the modified agent.The adsorption rate of aluminum salt modified bentonite could reach at about 90%.The preparation process of modified bentonite was explored as the standard of the adsorption and change rate in green liquor.The optimum conditions were that mass ratio between Na-bentonite and aluminum salt was 1∶4;the order of adding raw materials was that Na-bentonite was mixed with water at first,then,aluminum salt was added;the water addition was 66mL/1g of Na-bentonite;stirring time was 2h;stirring speed was 1 200r/min;reaction temperature was at room temperature;separate time was 12h;dried at 105℃and screened through 200mesh.
