摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村需要生态文明,当前我国农村生态文明建设还面临着很大问题和挑战.农村生态态文明建设需要加强广大农村干部与农民群众的密切联系,改善农村干关系事关重大.Constructing the new rural needs ecological civilization, the construction of rural ecological civilization construction in our country is still facing many problems and challenges. The rural ecological civilization construction needs to strengthen the close relationship between cadres and masses. In a word, improving the relationship between cadres and masses is of great significance. 6refs.
