摘  要:以上海闸北水厂平流式沉淀池的排泥工艺为例,设计和实现了以PLC和VB为核心技术的远程智能监控系统。并提出了以PLC、继电器等作为"小脑"做底层简单行为控制,以VB、生产数据中心等作为"大脑"做上层复杂行为控制的技术模型。以这种"大脑与小脑"上下协作的模型概念,实现了"三段式排泥"的控制技术。并结合无线网络、PLC远程数据采集、数据库共享、智能控制等技术,组成了一个完整的监控系统,从而大大降低了人力成本和生产损耗。Taking the sludge treatment of rectangular sedimentation tanks in Shanghai Zhabei waterworks for example, remote intelligent monitoring system with the core technology of PLC and VB was designed and achieved. PLC and relay were acted as basic behavior control. VB and production data center were acted as the upper complex behavior control. A "three-segment-type mud discharge" control technology was achieved in a such model concept. Combined with wireless network, PLC remote data collection, database sharing, intelligent control technology, a complete monitoring system was consisted, which greatly reducing the labor costs and productivity losses.
