摘  要:针对给水处理工艺中混凝投药过程这一难控对象,采用无模型自适应控制系统(MFA),以克服该过程的大惯性、大时滞、非线性和时变性等特点。该系统以沉淀池出口浊度为被控对象,混凝剂投加量为调节手段,与加药流量子回路构成串级控制系统,成功地解决了长期困扰净水行业的难题。通过试验表明,该系统较好地克服了原水流量的波动以及原水浊度的干扰,取得良好的控制效果。Model-Free Adaptive Control System could be used in dosing coagulation process of water treatment plant which is a non- linear and time-variant process with large time constant and large dead time. The system is based on MFA control technology and adjusts coagulant dosage by turbidity of sedimentation tank, which successfully solves the diffieuh problem in water treatment. Through testing, it shows that the system has good effects on controlling in anti-interruption of raw water flow and turbidity.
