Anticorrosion Behavior of Nickel-Chromium Alloy Coating Prepared on Q235 Steel by Pulse Glow-Discharge Plasma Surface Alloying Technology

摘  要:为了改善Q235钢的抗腐蚀性能,采用脉冲加弧辉光离子镀技术对其渗镀铬镍。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜(SEM)对Q235钢表面铬镍合金渗镀层进行了分析,同时探讨了其电化学性能。结果表明:Q235钢渗镀铬镍后表面形成了Cr0.19Fe0.70Ni0.11合金层,明显提高了其抗腐蚀性能。Nickel-chromium alloyed layer was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by glow-discharge plasma surface alloying technology in order to improve its corrosion resistance. The microstructure and phase composition of as-prepared Ni-Cr alloy coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction,and the corrosion resistance of the alloy coating was also evaluated. Results showed that after ion plating Ni-Cr alloy coating,new phase Cr0. 19Fe0. 7Ni0. 1was generated on the surface of the steel. As a result,the corrosion resistance was obviously increased.
