摘 要:以鸢尾属植物黄菖蒲(Iris pseudacorus L.)为材料,研究不同比例Pb尾矿渗出液作为栽培基质对黄菖蒲幼苗的生长与生理指标的影响.结果表明,随着Pb尾矿渗出液体积分数不断升高,黄菖蒲幼苗各项生长指标都有一定程度的下降,在Pb尾矿渗出液体积分数为75%时,地上和地下部的干质量与对照相比差异显著(P<0.05).在Pb尾矿渗出液体积分数为100%处理条件下,叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素质量分数较对照相比分别下降了42%、46%和52%.所有处理黄菖蒲地下及地上部相对电导率均高于对照.而地上和地下部的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性都随Pb尾矿渗出液体积分数的升高而增加;在100%Pb尾矿渗出液胁迫下,地上和地下部过氧化物酶(POD)活性上升最显著(P<0.05),分别是对照的1.2倍和1.5倍.地上及地下部脯氨酸(Pro)质量分数最高值都出现在Pb液体积分数为100%处理中,均与对照差异显著(P<0.05).黄菖蒲地上和地下部分的抗坏血酸(AsA)质量分数随Pb液体积分数的提高呈下降的趋势.试验结果表明,黄菖蒲在Pb尾矿渗出液胁迫下有一定的生理抗性,黄菖蒲能够用于Pb尾矿渗出液及其污染环境的修复.TheseedlinggrowthandphysiologicalresponseofIrispseudacorusL.werestudiedunder the stress of Pb tailings leaching liquid (PbL)by pot culture.The results showed that the growth indexes of I.pseudacorus decreased gradually as the level of Pb tailing leaching liquid increased and aboveground and underground dry weight under 75% Pb tailing leaching liquid concentration was significantly lower than control(P〈0.05 ).The contents of chlorophyll a,b and carotinoid in the leaves under 1 00%PbL stress decreased 42%,46%,52%,respectively,compared with the control.The values of relative con-ductivity in aboveground and underground parts under all treatments were higher than that of control.The activities of SOD increased as the PbL concentration enhanced and the activities of POD of aboveground and underground parts under 1 00%PbL stress were significantly highest and 1 .2 and 1 .5 times,respec-tively,those of the control (P〈0.05 ).The highest contents of proline in aboveground and underground parts were found under the treatments of 1 00% PbL and both significant difference compared with the control(P〈0.05 ).The AsA contents of I.pseudacorus L.decreased gradually as the level of PbL in-creased.The results indicated that I.pseudacorus had certain physiological tolerance to PbL and could be used for the phytoremediation of Pb tailings leaching fluid and its contaminated environment.
