摘 要:以吡啶为溶剂,110℃加热6 h的反应条件下,芳香伯胺与丁二酸酐反应,主要生成N-芳香取代丁二酰亚胺,最高收率73.2%;相反,脂肪伯胺与丁二酸酐反应,主要产物为N-取代丁二酸单酰胺,收率72.5%~81.7%.探讨了结构-反应活性关系,并提出可能的反应机理.Byheatingat110℃for6happliedpyridineassolvent,themajorproductsofaromatic primary amines with succinic anhydride were N-substituted succinimides. The maximum yield was 73.2%;On the contrary,the main products of fatty primary amines with succinic anhydride were N-sub-stituted succinic acid mono-amides.The yields were arranged from 72.5%to 81.7%.The structure-re-activity relationship has been studied.A putative mechanism was also put forward.
