摘　　要：采用多种色谱技术手段，对六棱菊的质量分数95％乙醇提取物进行分离纯化，并运用化学和波谱学方法确定化合物结构，从六棱菊中分离鉴定了15个化合物，分别为3，4-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯（1）、4，5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯（2）、3，5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯（3）、3，4-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸（4）、4，5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸（5）、3-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸（6）、4-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸（7）、3，4-二甲氧基肉桂酸（8）、阿魏酸（9）、邻苯二酚（10）、3，4-二羟基苯乙醇（11）、尿嘧啶（12）、胸腺嘧啶（13）、邻羟基苯甲酸（14）、β-谷甾醇（15）。化合物1～7为首次从该植物中分得到。Thechemicalconstituentsof95%alcoholpartofLaggeraalata（D.Don）Sch.Bip.ex Oliv were isolated by several chromatographic methods,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and preparation HPLC.1 5 compounds were isolated from the L.alata and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.These compounds were identified as 3 ,4-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester （1）,4,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester （2）,3,5-di- O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester （3）, 3,4-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid （4）,4,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid （5）,3-O-caffeoyl quinic acid （6）,4-O-caffeoyl quinic acid （7）,3,4-dimethoxy cinnamic acid （8）,transferulic acid （9）,o-phenylenediol （10）,3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol （11）,uracil （12）,thymine （13）,salicylic acid （14）,β-sitos-terol （15）.Compounds 1~7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
