摘　　要：通过对挤压法和水平连铸法生产的锰黄铜进行热处理工艺研究,对其组织、性能进行对比分析。通过试验发现采用合适的挤压工艺和均匀化退火工艺可以提高1#、2#合金的综合性能,满足使用要求。The paper studied the heat treatment process with manganese brass produced separately by extrusion method and horizontal continuous casting, it made a comparison and analysis on the microstructure and property to obtain the optimum process to meet various requirements of the product.The test showed that the overal characteristics of Al oys 1 and 2 can be improved with proper extrusion process and homogenizing annealing process.
