摘　　要：对美、日、德三国的商业秘密立法、商业秘密侵权行为及侵权救济方法进行比较分析。通过对三国的比较 ,提出借鉴三国的立法经验 。The system of legal remedy for the infringement of trade secrets is one of the most important tasks of the study on legal protection of trade secrets. This article, after comparing trade secrets legislation, the infringement actions and remedy methods in the United States,Japan and Germany, puts forward some proposals for perfecting China's system of legal remedy for the infringement of trade secrets, by way of using legislation experience of the three countries' for reference.
