摘　　要：通过分析某小火电厂两次事故暴露出的问题,指出小火电厂进行并网安全评价的必要性,并针对小火电厂存在的常见问题,提出并网安全性评价和具体整改的措施。Based on the problem analyses of the two accidents in a small-scale thermal power plant, this essay points out the necessity of the safety evaluation for the grid connection in the small-scale thermal power plant as well as presenting specific measures for the improvement of common problems in it.
