摘　　要：近现代中国深受内外多重强制力量的支配,实现国家和人民免于支配的共同理想,需要党自觉坚持贯彻群众路线,并坚守其免于支配的根本要义。在群众路线的实践活动中,"一切为了群众"作为根本政治路线,构成争取免于支配的政治保障;"一切依靠群众"作为根本组织路线,构成争取免于支配的组织原理;"从群众中来,到群众中去"作为根本工作路线,构成争取免于支配的领导方法。Modem China is dominated by multiple coersive force inside and outside. If we want to realize the common ideal of non - domination, the party should persist in carrying out the mass line and understand the meaning of perventing domination. In carrying out the mass line, “Everything is for the masses”, as the political route, which makes up the political security of non - domination. “All rely on the masses”,as the basic organizing route, which makes up the organizational guarantee of non -domination. “From the mas- ses, to the masses”, as the working line, which makes up the leading method of non - domination.
