摘　　要：目的：探讨家庭干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量及家庭支持功能的影响。方法将200例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组100例。两组患者住院期间均予以常规治疗及护理，治愈出院后均维持药物治疗，并予以常规健康教育，干预组在此基础上联合家庭干预。观察1a。于干预前后采用生活质量评定量表评定患者的生活质量，阳性与阴性症状量表评定精神症状，家庭关怀度指数问卷评定家庭支持功能。结果干预后两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分较干预前显著降低（P＜0．01），研究组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）；生活质量评定量表、家庭关怀度指数问卷评分较干预前显著升高（P＜0．05或0．01），研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论家庭干预联合药物治疗能显著提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量，改善家庭支持功能，优于单用药物治疗。Objective To examine the influence of family intervention on quality of life and family functio-ning of schizophrenic .Methods A total of 200 schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 100 ones each .Both groups received routine treatment and nursing during hospitalization ,maintained pharmacotherapy after discharge ,received routine health education ,and on this basis intervention group was plus family intervention for 1 year .Qualities of life were assessed with the WHOQOL-100 ,mental symptoms with the PANSS and family support function with the APGAR before and after intervention . Results After intervention the PANSS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre-intervention （P〈0 .01） ,so did in observation than in control group （P〈0 .01）;the WHOQOL-100 and APGAR scores heightened more significantly （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） ,so did in observation than in control group （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion Family intervention combined with medication could notably improve schiz-ophrenics’ quality of life and family support function compared with single medication .
